Spa Policies Scheduling Appointments Appointments can be made by telephone and reserved with a credit card. Arrival Time Please arrive 15 minutes before your service to allow for adequate preparation time and to enjoy the ambiance. If you arrive too late to receive an effective treatment in your scheduled time slot, you will be asked to reschedule at your expense. Cancellation Policy A 24 hour cancellation notice is requested for general appointments, and a 72 hour notice for spa packages. There will be a 50 percent charge for appointments cancelled after these times and a full charge for no-shows. Payment and Gratuity Prices subject to change without notice.We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, Master Card, and Discover. For your convenience, a 15% gratuity is added to your bill as is standard in our industry. Please feel free to adjust the gratuity with the receptionist upon check-out. Also, if the service didn’t meet your expectations, please advise the owner. Specials and Gift Certificates Check our website and your e-mails for new specials and discounts. Gift certificates are available for purchase by phone or in person. They are valid for one year and may be purchased for specific services or a cash amount. Medical Conditions Please inform us of any medical conditions, pregnancy, allergies you might have, or a change in health status. Information remains confidential and is used to ensure your safety. Please, no children, pets, or cell phones. |
